ROTOR is recognized as top of the line live centres for conventional or CNC controlled lathes and grinding machines.
The robust and precise products are sealed against chips and coolant intrusion and designed for heavy duty service with continuous lubrication.
The live-centers are manufactured in the following sizes:
• Morse Tapers no. 1 to 7
• Various metric tapers
The live centres can be equipped with a visual pressure indicator in the form of colour bands.
ROTOR Facedrivers are available in 5 sizes with chuck capacities from 24 to 150 mm and are available with cylindrical centre mount or morse taper. The morse taper centers have a support and forcing nut.
The driving pins are self-aligning and adjust automatically to the workpiece which does not require to have been cut to an exact right angle.
To complement the workholding range of live centers and facedrivers, Ladner also sells dead Centers and special centers
